You have the knowledge in following areas: - in depth knowledge of the IKEA Concept, Brand positioning and Culture & Values - in depth knowledge of the relevant IKEA business processes, tools and cycles - in depth knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen - in depth knowledge of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a project - in depth knowledge of how to implement long-term plans, according to set budgets and goals - good knowledge of how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspects to define sustainability and how IKEA uses that knowledge in striving to make business within the limits of the planet - general knowledge of activity planning, the commercial calendar and how to ensure customer engagement and retention - emerging knowledge of what healthy and sustainable living means and how it contributes to reducing environmental household footprint and help people make a positive change In addition to this you enjoy planning & organizing by coordinating and directing activities to help achieve business objectives. You accomplish goals, complete tasks, and achieve results as you develop virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives. You are flexible, and you can change direction as appropriate based on new ideas, approaches, and strategies, inspiring and motivating others to accomplish organizational goals. **Responsibilities**: In this role you will be responsible to coordinate IKEA Home Solar business in Germany: - Act as the contact person for IKEA Home Solar business for internal stakeholders and SVEA Solar - Monitor and report our current solar business performance - Cooperate closely with global matrix to develop the business - Cooperate closely with IKEA DE commercial team to plan, implement, develop and integrate communication in owned and earned channels - Agree on ways of working with the marketing agency if needed - Monitor, report and take care of proper financials around the HIS with BN / controlling team - Secure local country adaption of the global direction and ambitions, to drive clean energy initiatives, processes and projects that deliver to the total business agenda and a more People and Planet Positive IKEA - Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Customer, Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations & Finance, People & Culture) - prepare good quality materials to ensure that alignments on all necessary managing levels, budget and resources are in place - Cooperate with IKEA stores to secure knowledge, content and execution to maximize results In this role you will report to the Sustainability Manager. About this work area Country Sustainability secures the integration and implementation of the Ingka sustainability strategy - People & Planet Positive, by both putting demands on the business and being a competent sustainability business partner, while securing localised relevance.
