Then become a changemaker (f/m/d) and join our team as a Working Student Communications & Engagement (f/m/d) in Digital Empowerment at E.ON Digital Technology (EDT).

E.ON Digital Technology plays a key role in shaping the energy transition by leading E.ON’s digital transformation across Europe. Are you curious about communications and technology and want to be an active part of E.ONs digital transformation? As a Working Student Communications & Engagement (f/m/d) you will be part of our diverse team and support us in developing communications and engagement campaigns in a creative way.

**Resposibilities**
- Provide communications support for digital upskilling initiative projects, including communications planning and implementation in a variety of formats (text, video), and platform support esp. the social intranet Connect (hosted by COYO).
- Support on campaigns to engage employees to shape their personal development on digital topics.
- Ensure that digital empowerment initiatives are positioned, communicated and shared within the right framework, synced with the overall strategic direction with the team, and aligned (where relevant) accordingly with the country organisations/local operating companies.
- Establish close collaboration and partnership with relevant internal stakeholders and functions in order to maximize reach and impact.

**Qualifications**
- You are currently studying communications, political science, media design or similar.
- You have an excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
- You have an eye for details.
- You enjoy working as part of a team, but also work proactively, taking responsibility for tasks and initiatives independently.
- You have an affinity with digital development in general as well as topics related to digitalisation and IT. You enjoy story-telling and sharing excitement for digital topics.
- You have experience using MS Office products (esp. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- You have the ability to work with digital graphic software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
