“HHL DIGITAL SPACE - The HHL Digital Transformation
Platform” is the new tech incubator of HHL Leipzig Graduate School of
Management (HHL). We focus on the creation of digital business models and
support early-stage start-up teams and established companies in their
digitization, innovation, and transformation activities.

Based
on campus in Leipzig, HHL DIGITAL SPACE is the platform in Saxony that combines
excellent entrepreneurship and tech competencies to build businesses and are
part of a superior network of successful entrepreneurs, investors, and industry
leaders. HHL DIGITAL SPACE is part of the „EXIST-Potentiale “-program, funded by
the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).

Tasks
- office and event management for our various activities such as co-working, events and online activities
- interaction with the incubation managers to create, prepare and follow up on different event formats and develop content for entrepreneurship offerings
- support the operational processes of HHL DIGITAL SPACE
- independent research and support of entrepreneurship topics

**Requirements**:

- You are interested in digital topics, start-ups and entrepreneurship and

own a flexible and agile mindset.
- You have outstanding organizational talent and good communication skills.
- You have an affinity for online media, a good command of MS Office and your first experience with social media.
- You are independent, quality-oriented and have a responsible way to work combined with a team player mentality.
- Fluent English skills are required, and German skills are a plus.
