**Director Marketing - Conversion & Retention (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and drive home24’s retention strategy, customer development and marketing sales campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
- Refine and implement our lead generation strategy to maximize impact of the personalization and CRM activities with an addressable database for direct marketing of 8 million contacts
- Optimize and scale homeCLUB, the loyalty program of home24 and its subsidiaries
- Establish strategies and systems to hyper target 1-1 communication to execute highly personalised customer journeys
- Implement and maintain a performance measurement framework to generate customer insights, evaluate impact of activities of your responsibility and make outcomes transparent within the organization
- Continue to innovate and to develop our state-of-the-art tech stack
- Utilize data to constantly improve performance and automate processes
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of approx. 15 members to excel by setting smart goals and giving continuous feedback and guidance

**Profile**:

- You have a degree in business administration or a related field and bring substantial relevant professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced, e-commerce company
- Your track record in organising, structuring and developing high performing teams is outstanding
- You posses a very strong strategic and data-driven mindset with excellent business acumen and the ability to break down complex topics into actions for the business
- You are able to communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
- Your sense of responsibility and ownership enables you to act as a respected leader across your teams and the entire business
- You possess excellent communication skills and are able to speak German and English fluently
