Für unseren Standort in Aachen suchen wir **ab sofort** einen

**Order Desk Specialist (m/w/d)**

Als Mitarbeiter im Bereich Supply Chain Management (SCM) bist Du zuständig für einen Teilbereich, dies

beinhaltet vor allem die Auftragsabwicklung. Zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören u.a. folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Auftragsbearbeitung mit dem ERP-System Epicor sowie Terminverfolgung für europäische Tier-1

Kunden
- Steuerung von Konsignationslägern (Befüllung, Bestandsmanagement etc.)
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und interne Abstimmung
- Verantwortlichkeit für den Forecasting
- bzw. Demand-Planning-Prozess
- Reklamationsbearbeitung (Transportschäden, Qualitätsreklamationen)
- Operative Steuerung, Detailplanung und Kundenkommunikation bei Produktengpässen
- Unterstützung von Rechnungslegungsprozessen
- Stammdatenpflege in im ERP-System Epicor
- Erstellen von Kundenberichten für Account Manager zur Vorbereitung von Kundenbesuchen
- Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsprojekten

**Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- mind. 2-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain eines produzierenden internationalen

Industriebetriebes
- Effektive und sorgfältige Eigenorganisation
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten korrekt zu setzen, d.h. schnelle Auffassungsgabe, schnelles Analysieren der

Gesamtsituation
- Hohe Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamplayer und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Spanisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
