**How you will leave your mark**:
**Business and IT transformation**:
We as a project team shape the future IT landscape and contribute to global transformation projects, bringing Montblanc on the next level of our digital journey. Take the chance to work together with an international project management team and bring in your ideas.

**Sub project management**:
**Project communication management**:
Our big and complex projects concern many stakeholders from many countries who need to be involved and engaged throughout the projects. You will support the project communication strategy by own communication initiatives which are tailored to our stakeholder needs.

**Project workshops & work environment**:
We at Montblanc experience best work results when people come together on a collaborative and creative way. Support the project management team in planning and conducting workshops on a larger scale. Assist our project team members with collaboration tools like MS Teams and Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Yammer.

**How you will experience success with us**:

- You are a student of Business Administration, Business Informatics or in a Gap Year
- You have a clear understanding of technical terms and technical knowledge
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Microsoft 365, SAP ERP, Jira, Confluence, agile methods, project management tools
- You have strong communication and intercultural skills
- You speak fluent English
- You have a high ability of Process understanding
- Analytical skills with solution oriented mentality and creative way of thinking are crucial
