**Supply Chain Controller (M/F/d) for cost and performance measurement**

Your new job includes
- As a Supply Chain Controller (M/F/d) for cost and performance measurement, you will make a significant contribution to well-founded decisions at management level. You will support the achievement of Gebr. Heinemann's overarching strategic goals by driving the sustainable increase in the performance and financial value contribution of our supply chain.
- In particular, you will
- support the department with in-depth business analysis and effective control measures by providing relevant information and efficient tools for the supply chain
- lead or support cross-departmental initiatives and projects that shape the future of our supply chain
- take over the planning and forecasting processes through precise variance analyses of supply chain costs as well as internal cost allocation and thereof derive necessary measures
- prepare a significant reporting on cost, quality and performance indicators for the comprehensive management of the supply chain and our logistics centers
- identify opportunities and risks, evaluate options for action and develop well-founded decision-making templates for management
- initiate process optimizations to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- conceptually develop supply chain-specific controlling tools and processes and manage the transfer of knowledge within the organization

What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in economics or comparable apprenticeship (in combination with relevant professional experience) with a focus on controlling/cost and performance accounting
- Several years of professional experience in cost controlling for supply chain and/or logistics, ideally in an international retail company
- Strong knowledge of activity-based costing, handling cost centers and creating business cases and process evaluations, among other things
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI as well as good SAP knowledge (FiCO, BW)
- Fluenct German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Thanks to your conceptual skills and high affinity for numbers, you are able to make recommendations for action and communicate these at various hierarchical levels
- You drive your work areas forward independently with your ideas and promote team spirit through your open-minded nature
