**Supply Chain Controller (M/F/d) for Demand and Order Management**

Your new job includes
- As a Supply Chain Controller (M/F/d) for Demand and Order Management at Gebr. Heinemann, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring the liquidity and ability to act of our company. Your main task will be to develop and implement an efficient inventory strategy.
By continuously optimizing the accuracy of forecasts in the inventory forecast, you will create comprehensive transparency regarding inventory development. This enables optimal management of our own distribution centers and 3PL partners.
- In particular, you will
- provide meaningful reporting on quality and performance indicators for comprehensive supply chain management and advise the specialist department on all business management issues
- manage inventories in the network using planning and forecasting processes with deviation analyses in order to derive and develop concepts and recommendations for action
- Identify risks in inventory management, evaluate options for action and develop decision templates for management in order to reduce working capital and maximize delivery capability
- have an end-to-end view of supply chain inventories in order to carry out tender calculations on inventory trends
- conceptually develop supply chain-specific controlling tools and processes and manage the transfer of knowledge into the organization
- manage and support cross-divisional projects
- work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve processes

What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training (in combination with relevant professional experience) with a focus on supply chain or logistics
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics or fulfillment, ideally in an international retail company
- Experience in analyzing (supply chain) business processes, in particular demand and procurement processes, as well as setting up controlling processes and instruments
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and user knowledge of SAP BW; knowledge of SAP MM is an advantage
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- You are characterized by a solution-oriented and structured way of working and always convince with your binding and professional manner
