To continue our strong growth and to shape the future of our Credit Risk department we are looking for a Senior Risk & Underwriting Specialist (M/F/d) in a hybrid/mobile working model with monthly Office days in Munich.

Tasks
- VISION You analyse financial & non-financial ecommerce KPIs to evaluate our clients success changes, underwrite our client cases via a fronting bank and provide a decision basis as to how much funding our clients qualify for.
- STRATEGY You are significantly involved in the creation of our Risk Policy.
- IMPROVEMENT You ensure that our processes are the best practice from a regulatory perspective and you improve our automated decision process continuously together with our Data Science experts team
- TEAM You work closely with our Sales & Customer Success team to manage relationships with our customers to the best.

**Requirements**:

- BILINGUAL You speak German and English well and express yourself precisely both verbally and in writing.
- QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE You have a degree in a quantitative or business related field as for example. Economics, Maths, Engineering or Accounting and have professional experience in a comparable environment.
- PASSION You have a passion for e-commerce and an entrepreneurial attitude with the confidence to constructively challenge the status quo.
- TECHNOLOGY You have strong analytical skills, a technological understanding and you are at least interested in how to make things work in Excel and Python.
- HANDS ON You are a problem solver and a hands-on credit & risk specialist capable of working at the strategic level, but also to roll up your sleeves and implement the tools needed.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT You are looking for a work environment where you can work independently and on your own responsibility and pursue your goals in an ambitious and self-motivated way.
