**Overview**:
We are currently seeking full-time a (Senior) Financial Reporting Expert* to support our external reporting team. You will work in Tübingen (Germany). Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.

**Your mission**:
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Main responsibility for consolidation and external reporting including compilation of financial reporting to the SEC in a SOX compliant environment.
- Ensure IFRS compliant accounting for complex transactions.
- Work closely with our external auditors and other internal and external parties on our financial reporting.
- Enhance and shape our accounting policies and manual, and ensure global implementation.
- Support and enhance our consolidation software LucaNet.
- Report to the Vice President of SEC Reporting and Accounting in Germany.

**Your profile**:
You hold a degree in Business Administration or similar. You have experience in Group Accounting of 3-5 years, either as an external auditor or in a corporate. Ideally you have a strong knowledge of IFRS as well as experience in a SOX environment. Your competence and experience and your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully contribute to the enhancement of the processes of our global Finance Department.

We expect a high degree of independent working, analytical reasoning and excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus. You embrace rapidly changing requirements with an open mind, think outside the box and show a high degree of flexibility in an environment which is marked by a constant striving for excellence.
