**What you’ll do**
- Develop, communicate and execute Sourcing strategies for a local portfolio of suppliers within our customized hardware organization, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and delivery performance.
- Perform continuous monitoring and development of suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with business requirements.
- Identify process efficiencies and cost out/waste reduction opportunities.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Logistics or equivalent educational background.
- Work experience from Sourcing or relevant Supply Chain role; preferably you have experience from working with ERP systems, e.g. Oracle.
- You have the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
- You connect well with all levels within an organization and your track record shows that you deliver on your commitments.
- Analytical mind and data driven.
- Willingness to travel on occasional basis is required, as well as fluency in English and German language (written and spoken).
