**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Aufbau und Führung des globalen GBS BPE (Process Excellence and Quality Teams in Liberec, Monterrey Pune, Suzhou)
- Steuerung und Implementierung der GBS-Prozesslandschaft und des Prozessmanagement-Frameworks
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Rationalisierung von Prozessen, Reduzierung von Prozesskosten
- Steuerung des funktionsübergreifenden methodischen Prozessmanagements von Länderorganisationen bis GBS
- Förderung der methodischen Durchdringung mit modernen Methoden wie Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
- Implementierung und Betrieb eines GBS Service & Performance Managements
- Leitung und Steuerung der Prozessstandardisierung auf globaler Ebene
- Etablierung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der GBS-Prozesslandschaft
- Steuerung der Prozessmanagement-Methodik und -Software
- Identifizierung von Handlungsfeldern/schwachen Prozessen und Leitung entsprechender Verbesserungsaktivitäten/Projekte
- Beitrag zur Entwicklung eines globalen Standardprozessmodells

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieur, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 12 Jahre einschlägige und nachweisbare Erfahrung in den beschriebenen Disziplinen
- Zertifizierung in der Lean Six Sigma Methodik (Black Belt, Master Black Belt), oder vergleichbar
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsmanagement in verschiedenen Branchen
- Nachweisbare mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären
- und interkulturellen Teams
- Bereitschaft zu intensiver Reisetätigkeit - vorwiegend zu den benannten GBS-Standorten
