**Job Description** We are looking for a Workplace Solutions Specialist (all genders) to join the Workplace Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences - not only as the owner of our internal and external visitor experience but also as a support to our Senior Workplace Facilities & Operations Specialist.**

About the team & position:

- As part of the Workplace Team, you will be engaging with the whole company, providing the highest possible standards of engagement with our internal and external stakeholders as their main POC for any service requests;
- You will be working closely with the Facilities Services Team ensuring that we run smooth front-of-house service operations in the Welcome Area, while proactively contributing to maintain the highest standards of presentation and functionality across all our teams.
- You will be running our key business function - the Welcome Area, from providing Heroes & visitors with in-person support to organizing various activations in the space and ensuring all interactions leave your customer with a positive, memorable experience.
- Delivery of all core front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, ticket requests, incoming/outgoing mail and courier services and one-off or administrative tasks;
- You will be supporting our Heroes on a daily basis through the Jira ticketing system, handling various requests with creativity, personal touch and empathy
- You have continual awareness of all onsite events, to ensure visitor experience is personalized and optimized, and you will be responsible for internal meeting coordination providing timely, accurate & personalized responses to meetings and events enquiries through the Jira ticketing system.
- You will also support our Senior Workplace Facilities & Operations Specialist in the day-to-day business: from projects and strategic initiatives for DH central portfolio, identifying process improvements and driving operational innovation, to financial reporting and cost controlling as well as vendor management and onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes.
- In this role, you will be playing a key part in the creation and delivery of operational objectives and facilities services and creation of office standards, procedures and safety & security measures.

**Qualifications**
- You speak fluent German & English.
- You have 3-5+ years of experience working in customer service function or hospitality, such as reception, concierge or other front desk services and previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment (required).
- You are proactive and hands on - happy to support other Team members.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management & administrative processes preferable.
- You have strong organizational skills - you can organize and prioritize requests and projects to ensure everything and everyone gets equal attention and nothing is missed in the process.
- You have excellent people skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of customer staff and demands. You are able to maintain professionalism at all times and be an ambassador of our brand.
