THE ROLE

Zattoo is the leading player in the TV-as-a-Service space in Europe serving several million TV users and dozens of B2B customers, helping them watch what they want, where they want, when they want. We are looking for a Workplace Specialist (Part-time) to join our People Operations Team in Berlin.

As our Workplace Specialist (Part-time) you will provide a smooth workplace experience for our 180+ people in the Berlin Zattoo office. Not only will you be an integral part of onboarding new employees but also be prominent in shaping employee engagement. You will report to our Team Lead Workplace and support in areas such as front office services, events and facilities management. With your knack of understanding the pulse of situations and getting things done, you are set to succeed in the role.

THE PEOPLE OPERATIONS TEAM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage our Reception area, welcome guests, handle deliveries and mail
- Organise office and kitchen stock, inventory and supplies
- Maintain team spaces, conference rooms, front office, and kitchens
- Coordinate maintenance, improvement and renovation works at the office, according to the safety standards
- Handle smaller office repairs, improvements and fixtures
- Support in company events / team events
- Support our internal contracts management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Initial workplace/office management experience or background in Hospitality
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to perform multiple tasks without losing track of your goals
- Hands-on mentality
- Well-organised, logical, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in collaborative team environments
- Proficiency in German and English
