Tasks
Maintaining and developing Surface Solutions (SSL) competitive position at the respective OEMs
Driving the product portfolio management by ensuring generation of strategic business plans
Analyzing the market and technology and initiates business strategies
Analyzing the figures of sales, turnover, and costs as well as the company's share for deliveries and marginal contribution
Responsibility for all commercial issues of all OEM projects including sub-projects including engineering changes and price negotiation
Responsibility to ensure project planning including setting priorities, coordinating, and monitoring project success to guarantee project targets (time, cost and quality)
Defining and driving SSL strategy for the respective OEMs by initiating and steering acquisition activities,
Leading the respective international PM teams
Ensuring strategy realization and project success by target-oriented project management
Directing the development and preparation of both tactical and strategical plans and budgets for respective OEM based on Customer Business Unit (CBU) goals and growth objectives
Leading and steering of strategic projects on CBU and or SSL automotive segment level
Taking appropriate steps to develop the regional teams and steers corrective measures
Inspiring leadership of sales managers in each region to ensure project success including profit, time, and quality
**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in technical, science, business studies or comparable qualification
Multiple years professional experience in automotive industry
Management experience in sales function required
Several years of international sales experience
Technical expertise and solid product knowledge required
Several years of successful leadership experience, ideally with an international cross-functional team
International project management experience for major projects
Successfully completed international projects with high complexity
Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and one additional language (Swedish and/or Chinese)
Ability to effectively manages stressful and uncertain situations
