Working in a global company, you will experience many types of diversity and in our team, you will have colleagues with diverse experience and competencies, but all with collaboration as a core value. **Responsibilities** You will play an instrumental role with our people leaders effectively delivering Vestas' strategy and directing the P&C initiatives contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities - P&C responsibility for core functional areas, directly supporting Senior leaders and their direct management teams in all strategic and tactical P&C-related topics and assignments - Advise and coach managers on organizational design, Talent development, employee life circle, culture and performance - Provide effective resolution to employee relations issues in accordance with labor law and local agreements - Contribute to the realization of our Talent & Leadership agenda leading to an inclusive and diverse working culture - Grow our people pipeline through your contribution to the development, succession planning, and retention of our great talents - Take part in budget discussion and workforce planning, and are to collaborate with the local works council **Qualifications** You are excited about delivering HR excellence to leaders of Vestas and have already demonstrated your professional experience as a trusted business advisor in HR Partnering in a large organisation. Moreover, you have - Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization - Experience with facilitating workshops and presenting for senior stakeholders - Experience from being a trusted advisor and good influencer - A proven history of impacting people development and organizational transformation - Proven effective history in workforce planning and talent management - General HR certifications are desirable (e.g. capability test, employment law, team development, personality assessment) **Competencies** - Curious, responsible, and highly motivated, displaying perseverance and sound judgment, particularly when working with senior stakeholders - A great communicator with the ability to make your point come across - A trusted advisor and great influencer finding it easy to build and maintain relations - Ability to understand complexity as well as a practical sense of what works in a matrix organization - Ability to easily adapt to new and changing situations **What we offer** **Additional information** Primary workplace will be Hamburg, Germany.
