Associate P&C Business Partner

**You will be part of a passionate team of seven P&C Business Partners supporting the people agenda in the biggest region in Vestas covering 15.000 employees. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas business leaders in Service Central -Germany - and your daily playfield will be a regional P&C matrix organisation with a strong dotted line to the business. The work location will be Hamburg or Husum.** **Vestas Deutschland GmbH > People & Culture > P&C Region NCE** The role is a great opportunity for starters in the People & Culture environment. Your key tasks as an Associate P&C Business Partner in Vestas is to work closely with middle management people leaders in reaching their goals and supporting by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. You will use and develop essential P&C tools and techniques to ensure an effective business support. You will be embedded in a team of very experienced P&C-Professionals that will actively support your development. Working in a global company, you will experience many types of diversity in our team, but you will also meet many colleagues & leaders with diverse experience and competencies. During your development the first focus will be on the support of the German Service organization but will extend over time into international P&C topics. **Responsibilities** You will play an instrumental part together with our middle management people leaders in succeeding with the Vestas' strategy and lead the P&C initiatives for the respective area. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to - Advice and coach managers on induction, exits, culture, and performance. - Ensure compliance with local employee policies and the German labour law - Provide support to employee relation issues in accordance with labour law and local agreements - Close cooperation with the local works council on people related matters and needed hearing processes - Support in the execution of integration processes (like the BEM process in Germany) - Creation and analyze of different P&C reports and employment data - Interface to our colleagues from the P&C Service Desk & Talent Acquisition during the handling of transactional P&C processes **Qualifications** - University degree or a commercial apprenticeship - First working experience is an advantage - Ability to build up trustworthy relationships and being a good influencer - Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organisation - General HR certifications is desirable (e.g. capability test, employment law, team development, personality assessment) - Experience working with blue collar workers governed by works council or union agreements is an advantage - Fluent German & English language skills oral and written **Competencies** - A trusted advisor and great influencer finding it easy to build and maintain relations - Curious, responsible and highly motivated - Ability to easily adapt to new and changing situations - Great intellectual abilities as well as practical sense of what works in organisation - Motivated, displaying perseverance and sound judgment, particularly when working with stakeholders and under tight deadlines - A great communicator with the ability to make your point come across **What we offer** **Additional information** Your work location will be Hamburg or Husum, DE.
