**About the role**:
As the **Enterprise Architect (M/F/d),** you will proactively model, assess and improve existing systems at multiple levels to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation for Redcare Pharmacy and its subsidiaries. Your expertise will directly advance our pharmaceutical services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- Maintenance of enterprise architecture tools and assets.
- Maintaining **Business Capability Model,** align IT landscape with business capabilities.
- Dealing with and resolving issues which arise at enterprise/solution together with other senior IT stakeholders.
- ** Supporting the IT/Business teams** in day-to-day business in qualifying projects and taking strategic decisions.
- ** Conducting research of emerging technologies** and creating **technology roadmaps **for business domains.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- Several years of solid professional experience in the field of enterprise architecture management, including knowledge of EA standards such as **TOGAF**, and IT frameworks like **ITIL**.
- Experience with EA tools, preferably **LeanIX.**:

- Knowledge of modern IT practices and patterns, e.g., **cloud computing**, **microservices**.
- Experience with modeling tools like **UML**, **Archimate**, **C4**, or equivalent.
- Experience in large-scale projects like ERP, CRM, or similar will be a strong plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willingnes to take responsibilities and drive initiatives.
- Skilled in strategic engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Effective persuasion, reconciliation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated to collaborate in a distributed and international team environment.
