Business model, customer journeys and the used channel mix, the operational model - these all change. To ensure that a company still lives and grows in such conditions, structures are required that can deal with said transformation - some solid, some flexible. But what’s the most efficient option for a domain - what needs to be changed, and in which ways? OBI is looking for architects (M/F/d), who are eager to take the driving seat in such a scenario. As our domain architect, your responsibility is to evolve the architecture (HLD) of your domain in a way that it can adopt the continuous change efficiently. You will closely work with the business and technical domain owners, the product teams, and the local architects and tech leads within the domain. This will be your team, this will be your home turf. As an experienced architect, you will also give guidance to the teams in their internal decision making if needed. In parallel, the overall landscape needs to be efficient and flexible, too. So enterprise-wide standards and principles will be applied but also constantly adjusted.
