Legal Advisor

To strengthen our Legal Department, we’re looking for a Legal Advisor or Working Law Student. You will be responsible for the drafting and management of contracts as well as various legal issues and will help your colleagues to achieve their business ideas.
Tasks
As a part of the Legal Department, you will be required to draft and follow-up with the contracts of the company. This includes daily sale and purchase agreement, but also long-term agreements for various business cases. You interact with the Sales Team as one of your task is to legally implement their business ideas and turn them into valid contracts.
You also help with the contract management and KYC procedures, working closely with the Middle-Office and Accounting Team as part of the routine of the company.
If this is within your areas of interest, you can also take part in other long terms projects and responsibilities, including data protection, compliance, monitoring of our trademarks and regulatory watch on sustainability and energy topics.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluent German is a big plus. Other fluently spoken languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree and/or Staatsexam, preferably in Commercial Law/Civil Law. Knowlege in data protection law, corpoate law, IP law and/or Employment Law is a plus.
- Rigorous, organized yet creative mind
- Excellent redaction and communication skills
