**The Role**:
As our Product Owner for Order-to-Cash Systems, you will play a key role in shaping the digital backbone of our order and contract management processes at Lucanet Group. Working at the intersection of Finance, Sales Operations, and IT, you will be responsible for defining the vision and driving the evolution of our Salesforce and ERP systems. In a collaborative and agile environment, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams across the organization to automate, optimize, and scale our end-to-end order processing workflows.

By championing a data-driven approach and translating business needs into impactful solutions, you will make a significant contribution to the seamless experience our customers and teams rely on.

**What you'll do**:
**Product Strategy & Ownership**
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce and ERP systems supporting the full order to cash lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and features with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI integration.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product decisions, leveraging analytics and user feedback.

**AI & Automation Enablement**
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate intelligent features such as predictive order analytics, automated exception handling, and smart fulfillment routing.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through AI-powered workflows.
- Drive increase in straight-through processing rates for standard orders.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to align system capabilities with business goals.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and internal users in all system enhancements.

**System Integration & Optimization**
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, Business Central (ERP) with Workato.
- Drive improvements in data quality, process automation, and reporting across systems.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, and iterate based on insights.

**Agile Delivery**
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog for internal development teams and external vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and business impact.
- Track KPIs such as order cycle time, automation rate, and system uptime.

**What you bring to the table**:
**Required**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and the ERP system Business Central or similar.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription billing, and order-to-cash processes.
- Experience implementing AI-driven features in business systems.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL basics.
