As a working student (d/f/m) at RWE Offshore Wind GmbH, you support our international procurement activities in the area of Indirect Procurement in particular for Italy & Spain.

**About the Role**
- Assist with processing purchase requisitions in SAP
- Manage supplier registration requests in SAP and oversee the supplier qualification process
- Analyze and evaluate data, ensuring proper preparation and organization
- Handle ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Support the development and preparation of training materials and presentations
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving for effective backup of orders, on-going contracts and sourcing initiatives

**Job requirements and experience**
- You are studying business administration or a comparable course of study
- You have a basic understanding of commercial relationships
- Your working style is structured, well-organized, and very meticulous
- You possess a high level of customer orientation
- Secure IT user knowledge and very good English skills round off your profile
- Fluent Italian or Spanish skills are beneficial
