**The Job Responsibilities**
The Global Academy is the learning organization at Dräger. It ensures the transfer of knowledge and qualifies customers and employees on topics relating to our product portfolio, business topics and soft skills.

Your future tasks:

- Developing, preparing, conducting and following up on target group-oriented face-to-face trainings - on site and at customer locations
- Developing, preparing, conducting and following up on live online training
- Developing and implementing target group-oriented eLearning courses
- Planning and implementing projects to support the regional or country-specific training business
- Supporting the development of training programs and learning paths with Training Development Managers and related departments

**Your Qualifications**
- Clinical professional training with specialist training and/or many years of experience in the field of neonatal intensive care nursing
- or a medical degree with professional experience in neonatal intensive care nursing
- Initial experience in conducting training courses in adult education desirable
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%)
- good written and spoken German language skills

You are enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and communicate at eye level. The needs of your customers are your priority, and you are characterized by your intercultural competence.
