As a 'Global Trainer (m/f/d) Mon/IT - Digital Solutions' you will conduct training for our sales and service employees as well as other internal or external target groups on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of Digital Solutions. This includes clinical information systems, monitoring systems, digital data analysis systems as well as the network infrastructure. You will work closely with the trainers from the Sales and Service departments. Your future tasks: Developing, preparing, conducting and following up on target group-oriented face-to-face trainings as well as live online trainings Developing and implementing eLearning courses Ensuring the effectiveness of training courses by evaluating training feedback Train and authorize trainers worldwide Plan and manage projects to support the regional or country-specific training business Support the development of training programs and learning paths with Training Development Managers and related departments Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or information and communication technology, business informatics, digital engineering Alternatively, training as an IT specialist with many years of professional experience in the field of IT networks/ service/ application training Alternatively, clinical/technical/sales-related vocational training, ideally with further training in the IT environment and many years of professional experience in the field of IT networks/ service/ IT application training Knowledge of the medical technology sector Experience in conducting training courses Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) Very good written and spoken German skills You are enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and communicate at eye level.
