**Who are we looking for?**

You could either have your own business with strong contacts in the carpenter or construction industry, or you may be working elsewhere but have some free time and want to act as an agent for Germany. Regardless of your background, you must be persistent and have a proven track record of selling projects that take several months, or even a year, to close. You should be someone who appreciates aesthetics and enjoys helping clients bring their visions—no matter how ambitious—into reality. As you will be working on Spanish market the Spanish language is a MUST.

If you’ve seen our website, you already know that we deliver exclusive, custom-made architectural and interior projects for clients who not only have a clear vision of what they want but also the financial means to make it happen.

**What will your role be?**

You will be working independently, and your job will be to find potential clients—individuals, companies, restaurants, etc.—who are interested in building something extraordinary. Your task is to connect them with our team of architects and engineers, who will then work closely with the client to bring their vision to life.

This is a part-time, commission-based position. The reason for the commission-based structure is that your earnings could range from high to very high, depending on the size of the projects you help sell. While you control how much time you dedicate to this role, we will require periodic statistics to show how effectively you’re using that time to bring in new clients.

You don’t need to be an expert in architecture or interior design; however, having some experience in these areas will certainly make working with clients easier.
