Since 2007, Nadeem has been living with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)a debilitating illness that has left him 80% disabled and mostly bedridden. Lead the overall company strategy with a strong focus on AI innovation, financial sustainability, and scalable sales growth. Build and manage a high-performing, global remote sales team with clear KPIs and rapid execution. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and investor relations, particularly in preparation for upcoming funding rounds. Define and drive go-to-market strategies targeting entrepreneurs, creators, and SMBs in the U.S. Cultivate strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that support long-term expansion. Work closely with the founder to shape the companys AI roadmap and ensure alignment across tech, sales, and funding initiatives. Ideal Candidate Proven record in executive leadership with a strong focus on sales, ideally in AI/SaaS or a similar tech domain. Entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to hitting and exceeding ambitious targets. Comfortable in engaging with investors and forging strategic partnerships that foster long-term business development. Fluent in German and English. Highly motivated to operate in a 100% remote, growth-centric environment.
