Wir suchen einen Werkstudent Accounts Receivables/ (m/w/d) für unser Team in Berlin

Unser Accounting-Team arbeitet teilweise von zuhause aus und teilweise in unseren neuen Büroräumen in Berlin, in der Nähe vom Ostbahnhof. Das Accounting-Team besteht momentan aus 22 Personen, davon sind vier Personen im Accounts Receivable Team. Für letzteres Team suchen wir nun Unterstützung für 10 bis 12 h/Woche

Das Accounting-Team in Berlin kümmert sich um die Finanzbuchhaltung der gesamten Babbel-Gruppe. Da in der Buchhaltung viele HGB-relevante Fachbegriffe wichtig sind, kommuniziert das Accounting-Team komplett auf Deutsch. Mit den Kolleg\*innen aus den anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens erfolgt die Kommunikation auf Englisch, da dies die Unternehmenssprache von Babbel ist.

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du bist Student\*in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Accounting & Finance oder vergleichbaren Vertiefungen
- Du bringst eine kommunikative, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit
- Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse mind. Stufe B1 (in Wort und Schrift)
- Du hast Anwenderkenntnisse in mind. ein ERP-System (SAGE X3 o. a.) sowie gute MS Excel Kenntnisse (idealerweise ergänzt um Kenntnisse in Power Query)
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung mit der Umsatzrealisierung durch interne Datenströme und/oder im Bereich Software-Dienstleistung.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du unterstützt unser Accounts Receivable Team bei dessen täglichen Aufgaben rund um die Abwicklung und Betreuung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle. Insbesondere sind hier der B2B-Rechnungsstellungsprozess und das Mahnwesen zu nennen
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei Bedarf bei unserem Monatsabschluss und übernimmst weitere unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
