**Stellenbeschreibung**: Our core sustainability team aligns the sustainability roadmaps of our teams internally and is tracking the main KPI to report on progress regularly. The team also drives impact by sparing new ideas and opportunities within existing frameworks to advance the ABOUT YOU sustainability strategy. One of these frameworks are Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions which we would like to reduce wherever possible internally and with partners. Transparency on data and year on year tracking is the key success factor. To support progress we work as enablers for internal teams as well as external stakeholders progressing on roadmaps. As a Working Student (M/F/d) Sustainability, you will be working on the intersection of sustainability and business to generate a net positive impact for ABOUT YOU. In specific you will be working with GHG emission accounting data, find smart ways to gain required insights out of datasets with minimum effort and also meet capital market reporting requirements. Secondly you will also work with internal and external stakeholders to spar data insights and further develop an existing strategy. You will be able to work interdependently in a startup within a startup environment. You will have touchpoints with various stakeholders that have to be managed frictionlessly. Our fast paced work environment makes it necessary to adapt our approaches and also include stakeholder feedback to evolve together. Responsibilities
Develop new and optimize existing GHG emission accounting models on corporate carbon footprint and product carbon footprint (mainly fashion products)
Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Take ownership of GHG emission accounting data
Analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to advance GHG emissions reduction strategy
Investigate and find optimal solutions between business goals, stakeholder and customer benefit, and internal capacities
Formulate technical requirements to advance GHG emission accounting and integration of 3rd party tools
**Requirements**:
High motivation to shape ABOUT YOU's GHG emissions reduction strategy
Keen on working with data (Excel, basic database operations) and generating insights out of data
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint/ Google Slides, Google Sheets)
Fluent in English and German
Currently studying degrees in business economics, sustainability or similar fields
Strong personality and communication skills
previous experience with Life Cycle Assessment data, GHG emission factors or sustainability in logistics is a plus
