Wir bilden Talente in unseren Online-Bootcamps zu Product Designern und Product Managern aus und bereiten sie auf spannende Rollen in führenden Unternehmen vor. Als Product Management Mentor sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Teilnehmenden motiviert, erfolgreich und optimal betreut durch ihr Bootcamp gehen - und darüber hinaus ihren Karrieretraum verwirklichen können.
Werde Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das gemeinsam neue Standards für Weiterbildung und Karriereförderung setzt
Aufgaben
Organisatorische Leitung
- Plane und koordiniere Bootcamp-Termine in enger Abstimmung mit der Kursleitung.
- Dokumentiere den Lernfortschritt und die Anwesenheit der Teilnehmenden.
- Führe On
- und Offboarding-Prozesse durch und analysiere Feedback zur stetigen Optimierung.

Mentoring & Support
- Unterstütze Teilnehmende bei Fragen zu Projekten, Tools und dem Ablauf des Bootcamps.
- Biete individuelles 1:1-Mentoring in Video
- oder Audiocalls an.
- Führe kleine, interaktive Gruppen Sessions zu relevanten Themen durch, die das Lernen bereichern.

**Lernmaterialien**:

- Erstelle, pflege und optimiere Schulungsmaterialien im Online-Classroom.
- Stelle sicher, dass Inhalte aktuell, visuell ansprechend und im Einklang mit unserem Branding sind.
- Entwickle gemeinsam mit unserem Team innovative Kursinhalte.

Trainer-Support
- Arbeite mit Branchenexperten zusammen und unterstütze sie bei Live-Sessions.
- Sorge für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine ideale Lernatmosphäre für die Teilnehmenden.

Qualifikation
- Leidenschaft für Design und Technologie: Begeisterung für digitale Produkte und deren Entwicklung.
- Praxiserfahrung: Kenntnisse Product Management sowie Erfahrung im Support, Mentoring oder in der Betreuung von Studierenden/Kunden - idealerweise im Bildungsbereich oder im Tech-Umfeld.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Empathie und Klarheit in Video Calls, Präsentationen und im Kontakt mit Teilnehmenden.
- Organisationsgeschick: Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zielorientierung und ein guter Überblick in dynamischen Umfeldern.
- Technisches Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools.
- Lernbereitschaft: Interesse, tiefer in die Themen Product Design und Product Management einzutauchen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch & Englisch (C1-Niveau oder höher).
