We are looking for a Process Expert on Ariba to join our team. You will primarily work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to steer, implement & monitor SAP Business Network & Ariba Guided Buying. You will also manage local relationships with dedicated external suppliers & internal stakeholders as plant managers, maintenance managers and operational people. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure End-to-End SAP Business Network & Ariba Guided Buying Implementation in EMEA within direct & indirect procurement - Regular onboarding of suppliers to the Network (incl. Training & communication in German & English) - Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions - First & Second Level Support on Ariba - Process Owner on EMEA level within Ariba Guided Buying incl. steady development & monitoring of the Guided Buying process & usage - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Ariba system - Support your designated productions sites (especially Wiesbaden) on procurement topics, i.e. Lead contract and price negotiations for the assigned supplier & category portfolio **Required skills and experience**: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Ability to present data in an organized, clear and concise manner - Proficient knowledge of German and English are mandatory - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with SAP systems is a must - Good knowledge of catalog types & usage is a must - Certification in Ariba or other relevant procurement systems is a plus - Knowledge of Training is a plus **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with minimum 5 years of profession experience with ARIBA procurement **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
