**Your Job Role**:
The Marketing Specialist - EMEA role at Vasion is responsible for executing key marketing campaigns in-region. You’ll collaborate on long arc campaigns and help determine the tactics to engage our target audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing - EMEA, and collaborating closely with teammates in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing ops, sales, and other stakeholders, you are the executor of our campaign tactics in the EMEA region.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and EMEA team to plan and execute the successful delivery of EMEA wide marketing programs, campaigns, and activities in the region.
- Develop and deliver local marketing activities as agreed in the EMEA marketing planning process, including demand generation, awareness, events, trade shows, webinars, partner engagement, etc.
- To be accountable for the delivery of relevant marketing KPIs as defined by the Director of Marketing - EMEA and Managing Director - EMEA & APAC.
- Partner closely with sales teams across the region to create and drive pipeline and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the EMEA and North American marketing teams, our stakeholders, agencies, and HQ teams to deliver your goals.
- Be an active and engaged member of the EMEA team supporting their goals and objectives.
- Support efforts in the delivery of high priority pipeline generating activities.
- Analyze and report on key performance data to marketing and sales team leaders
- Manage any key third party vendors or vendor relationships
- Work closely with the wider marketing team members (content, social, etc.) to deliver a collaborative strategy and drive high
- quality traffic to core site and landing pages.
- Build a deep partnership with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams and assist in lead follow up processes through training and sales enablement materials.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Passionate about marketing and enthusiastic to learn.
- 2 years of hands-on marketing experience (executing on activities).
- Agency or B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Copywriting for paid and organic social media.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- English speaking proficiency.

**Bonus Points If**
- Experience working with sales and marketing technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, DemandBase, Outreach, Domo, and Drift.
- Experience marketing to the enterprise business segment
- Have LinkedIn, Google Ads + Analytics, and/or Facebook certifications
- Other language proficiency (French, Spanish, Germany, Portuguese, Italian)
