Für unser großartiges Central Operations Team in Berlin suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Team Lead (m/w/d), um unser Courier Support HR Team erfolgreich zu führen und zu entwickeln.

**Dein Job**

Als Team Lead Courier Support (m/w/d) wirst du die disziplinarische, sowie operative Verantwortung des Courier Support HR Teams in Deutschland übernehmen, welches aktuell ca. 9000 Fahrer:innen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen betreut.

Außerdem kümmerst du dich um Folgendes:

- Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams sowie Durchführung von Performance Reviews.
- Mitentwicklung und Steuerung aller administrativen HR Prozesse.
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bzw. Optimierung bestehender Prozesse.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit den anderen Team Leads, unter anderem aus den Bereichen Courier Recruiting, Local Operations und Payroll.

**Dein Profil**

Du hast Lust als Team Lead (m/w/d) bei uns im Courier Support einzusteigen? Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR, Consulting, Projekt
- oder Prozessmanagement mit, gerne aus der Tech
- oder Startup-Szene.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und weißt, wie Du deine Teammitglieder motivieren und weiterentwickeln kannst.
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen in allen personalrelevanten Anliegen, im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Betriebsräten.
- Du liebst es dynamische und skalierbare Prozesse mitzugestalten, scheust Dich nicht vor high-volume Ticketing und packst gerne selbst mit an.
- Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs sowie mit Datenauswertungen in Excel.
- Lean und Agile Management sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich.
- Konzeptionelles, analytisches Denken sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation.
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und fließende Englischkenntnisse.
