As a Regional Lead HR Courier Support you will lead our Courier Support teams in the DACH region, that are on a mission to ensure that our courier workforce is supported in the best way. Are you open for the challenge?

All about the role

You will lead three to four teams during an exciting time for our company and you will have the opportunity to shape a global division fit for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This position will report to the Global Courier Support Manager, based in Amsterdam and you will develop strong links with local country leadership, including the country managers and HRBPs. Further, you will seek to develop strong relationships with regional internal stakeholders, such as payroll to ensure couriers are supported in a responsive and high-quality manner.

It's the ideal opportunity for someone who has led supervisors, worked in a matrix organisation, or a global corporation and thrives in a high-volume, transactional environment, ideally within HR services or HR operations.

Your job

As our Regional Lead Courier Support DACH, you will guide and lead our HR Team Leads who oversee 40+ Courier Support Specialists, whose day-to-day activities are resolving a variety of HR related courier issues.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Working collaboratively with other global and local Operational and HR Leaders on common goals and objectives, while holding to account SLAs.
- Working with Centres of Excellence to continuously standardise and automate processes, e.g. around the resolution of tickets.
- Implementing global standards and adapting them to the local conditions.
- Monitoring of team KPIs and adherence to strict SLAs, while continuously searching for ways to increase the internal service levels.
- Working with internal and external payroll services to ensure correct data quality and improve processes.
- Handle and guide the Courier Support Team on escalated issues around courier accidents & incidents, performance, and dismissal proceedings.
- Ensuring your team members are informed about the latest developments and changes in the department and labour law.
- Contribute to ad hoc project work with the Global Support, Performance and Engagement team, operations teams and HR.

**Profile**:
Can you deliver
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across countries.
- Previous experience in high-volume environments in a multinational or global company is greatly preferred.
- Experience in an HR-related position is highly appreciated.
- Experience in defining new processes and implementing a new solution.
- Experience with people data systems.
- Building strong relationships with other departments & external stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English is a must, proficiency in French is a plus.
