Join the ride Für unser Berliner Team suchen wir ab sofort dich als Quality Assurance Assistant (w/m/x) Deine Aufgaben Als Quality Assurance Assistant in unserem Operations-Team kümmerst du dich darum, dass unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards erfüllt und weiterentwickelt werden. - Dein Hauptfokus sind tägliche Check-Ups direkt an unseren Fahrzeugen, du dokumentierst diese und leitest daraus Trainingsbedarf ab - Du bist für die interne Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Operations am Standort Berlin verantwortlich (aktuell ca. 100 Mitarbeitende) - Du führst interne Qualitäts-Schulungen durch, bei denen Abläufe und Standards vermittelt und vertieft werden Du stellst die MILES Qualitätsstandards in folgenden Fokus-Bereichen sicher: - Fahrzeugreinigung - Fahrzeugtransfers - Servicefahrten - Qualitätsschulungen - Materialbestände und -beschaffung - Reporting und Auswertung Warum MILES? - MILES Benefits: Wir bieten dir ein Portfolio verschiedener Benefits an, die du individuell nach deinen Präferenzen zusammenstellen kannst.
