Head of Performance Marketing

We are looking for a **Head of Performance Marketing** interested in helping to solve healthcare's most pressing problem - staffing. As a part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in exploring new ways of acquiring and engaging healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers) to our platform in our core markets such as Germany and the UK. As such, you will have a huge impact on the achievement of our growth targets, setting the pace for our company's success.

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing the digital strategy across all areas of performance marketing. You will lead the department with your strategic vision, and work closely with and be supported by the CMO.

**Your Role in our Team**
- You are leading performance marketing efforts across our key markets Germany and UK, assuming strategic and operational responsibility for our paid media measures along the entire customer journey and exploring new opportunities for channel growth
- You analyze and optimize campaign performance, continuously looking for ways to improve ROI/ ROAS
- You create insightful reports based on raw data and monitor the most important KPIs
- You work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders: with our other marketing teams - Brand and CRM - on creating integrated marketing campaigns and messaging
- with our Product team to optimize the conversion rate of all our performance marketing campaigns through user journeys
- with our BI team to understand your performance marketing campaigns in detail and continuously improve their performance
- with our Tech team to continuously improve our proprietary tools for controlling performance marketing
- You mentor and support your team, providing regular feedback to promote their professional growth

**Your Profile**
- You bring several years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google ads, ideally in a senior or head position with a hands-on approach
- Proven success in delivering results with a focus on ROI/ ROAS
- An analytical mindset and proficiency in the use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of flexibility
- Fluency in English is required, and German is a strong plus
