The Procurement EMEA Department is responsible for the purchase of goods and services and for the cooperation and alignment between the procurement community, business partners, cross-functional teams and suppliers within the EMEA region. As **" Team & Project Assistant Procurement (M/F/d)"**, you will provide support in our Procurement organization in all operational and administrative matters. **Your assignments**: - Support as project assistant in portfolio and project management tasks - Preparation of prioritization and decision proposals - Establishment of project management standards and quality in the respective function - Project controlling across all projects regarding key KPIs (e.g. tracking of overall milestones and cost-benefit analysis) - Preparation of project plan, resource and capacity planning - Coordination of project-related interfaces between involved parties - Planning and execution of team meetings - Taking over administrative and operational activities, like filing payment orders, creation and maintenance of online catalogues (ordering platform for recurring requirements), answering electronic orders and support in completing procurement processes via SAP - Enquire, check, record and archive certificates, quality proofs of suppliers for critical products - Render support with regards to travel inquiries, onboarding new colleagues, IT requests, events and meetings - Maintain intranet appearance and publish procurement announcements - Coordinate and schedule trainings and support in audit preparations - Conduct general office administrative tasks **Your profile**: - Completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience - Several years of professional experience in assistance with project experience - Relevant practical experience in project and change management - Ability to set priorities and make decisions - You have gained some experience in working as a team assistant in an international procurement environment - You enjoy working in a team, are approachable, supportive results-driven with good communication competence - Your analytical skills and result-driven approach characterize you - Your ability to set priorities in a dynamic working environment is a given - You have expertise in MS-Office (Exel & Powerpoint) and SAP (MM-PUR, SRM Instore) - Very good presentation, moderation and training skills - Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
