The Communications Specialist will report to our Head of Communications and be part of the wider Commercial team. In this role your main tasks will be to support our Communications team in the planning, execution and implementation of Communications activities towards Isar Aerospace's stakeholder groups in alignment with our Communications strategy. A special focus for this role lies with the area of internal communication and executive communication with the essential task to create engagement and motivation. You are a strong copywriter and creative mind, you are confident in owning projects and tasks, and you like to think not only in strategic dimensions but also off the beaten track. In this role, you will partner closely with the C-level and full leadership team, but also work cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders. The role will be located at our Headquarters in Ottobrunn, Germany (close to Munich), but can be partially executed remotely. More specifically, you will: - Create compelling materials for all sorts of internal and external Communications activities ensuring consistency with our communications strategy as well as our language and brand guidelines (design, templates, language, tone of voice etc.) - Build on and execute Isar Aerospace's internal communication and engagement strategy, ensuring our objectives, values, updates and people news are communicated effectively and in an engaging way - Plan, manage and create engaging content for the internal communications channels and regularly evaluate the efficiency of the channels - Draft messages, scripts and presentations for senior executives and ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization - Support in the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person leadership exchange meetings and all-staff events and other internal events - Support in the preparation for Communication activities by researching and producing briefing material - Support in the creation and distribution of a press monitoring to inform all internal stakeholders about the current state of coverage about Isar Aerospace and the space industry - Support in the creation, alignment and scheduling of cross-channel social media content - Support the planning and delivery of social events and engagement opportunities together with our Event Manager **WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE** - University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Politics, Publicism, Communications / PR / Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or comparable studies - Minimum 1+ year of experience in a communications role, ideally in-house, collaborating with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones, additional agency experience is a plus - Fluent in both spoken and written English and German, more languages are a plus - Outstanding writing skills, and ability to communicate information to multiple audiences and vary messages and level of content adequately - Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, in particular PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams - Experience in drafting and publishing of written and audio-visual content - Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills - Excellent organization skills to effectively plan and manage work, respond to conflicting demands on an ad-hoc basis and
