Communications Specialist

- This role develops, implements, and administers communications plans responsive to corporate and business objectives, aligned to OKRs for EMEA Communications.
- Prepares plans and disseminates information. This individual will act as the communications specialist, representing the corporation to internal and external groups, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, industry knowledge, business understanding, and judgment.
- Be the central point of contact for Fab Comms in Germany with an EU and German perspective
- The scope is beyond media relations and requires the ability to quickly ramp into topics across energy, water usage, local needs, and cultural awareness
- Close collaboration with Magdeburg officials plus Government Affairs, Public Affairs, German marketing team, and EMEA Communications team.
- Interact with local journalists, speaking engagements and political representatives in Magdeburg and Berlin
- Ability to flex according to business priorities, specific to targeted verticals including automotive, working closely with EMEA Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA President, and Snr Director EMEA Communications.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications and public relations.
- Prior experience working in the technology industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related discipline.

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
