Sie sind verantwortlich für das Bestandsmonitoring und die Zuteilung verfügbarer Bestände in Engpasssituationen zu Kundenbestellungen, unter Berücksichtigung der Zielvorgaben für Service in full/on time.
Was Sie beitragen werden:
In dieser Position unterstützen Sie das bestehende Order Fulfilment-Team bei allen operativen Tätigkeiten und in allen Produktsegmenten während der Einführung des Jarvis-Projekts über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten.
Diese Position ist verantwortlich für alle Order Fulfilment Prozesse, um eine optimale Produktverfügbarkeit an allen Versandstellen für vordefinierte Produktsegmente sicherzustellen:
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Abteilungen in der Umsetzung von Engpässen, Neuprodukteinführungen und Kundenaktionen einschließlich erforderlicher Trackings/Reportings- Selbstständige Durchführung von notwendigen Auftragsänderungen unter Berücksichtigung des zu verwendenden Reason Codes- kontinuierliche Überwachung der kurz
- bis mittelfristigen Bestandssituation einschließlich funktionsübergreifender Koordination zur Erreichung definierter Servicelevel- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von maximalen Lager
- und Transportkapazitäten durch funktionsübergreifendes Peak-Management, Direct Plant Shipments etc.- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Streichinformationen, um eine proaktive Kommunikation mit den Kunden zu ermöglichen- Verantwortlich für die rechtzeitige Lieferanlage an Lagerdienstleister- Verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Neuaufträgen Saison und Management von Restmengen
Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
- Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten- Microsoft Office-Anwendungen- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert- Sprache: fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift- Hohe Flexibilität- Hoher Teamgeist
