We are looking for contract remote bookkeepers interested in scaling their services and specialties quickly to serve international clients through Flatfee’s innovative platform and process management tools. This is a great opportunity to earn additional income.

Who We Want
- Solo practitioners and small practices who wish to use their professional expertise for additional income
- Experienced professionals including individual accountants, bookkeepers, and accounting firms

We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with company filings and compliance in Germany
- Knowledge of German corporate laws and regulations, including annual company filings, business registrations, and updates to company records.
- Experience working with foreign and local companies operating in Australia.

- Ability to learn new technology and platforms

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit required filings for client companies in Germany, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- Manage and update corporate records, including changes in directors, shareholders, and company addresses.
- Handle annual statements, business registrations, and other required documentation.
- Liaise with German regulatory bodies as needed to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients in navigating German corporate filing requirements, offering clear guidance and support.
