Als **Operations Assistant** bei NaturMed Scientific spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Mission. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
**Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung im täglichen Betrieb.
- Organisation und Koordination von Aufträgen, Beständen und Lieferketten.
- Kommunikation mit Kundendienstmitarbeitern, um Kunden umgehend über Lieferverzögerungen zu informieren.
- Sicherstellung einer genauen und zeitnahen Auftragsabwicklung.
- Verwalten und Aktualisieren von Dokumenten, Berichten und Datenbankeinträgen im Zusammenhang mit Produkten, Inventar und Lieferantenverträgen.
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bereich der Pflanzenextrakte.
- Planen von Besprechungen, Erstellen von Protokollen und Verwalten von Geschäftsdokumenten.

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Proaktives und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Ein tiefes Verständnis von betrieblichem Prozesse.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
