**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to launch and expand our services in the U.S. market.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth, focusing on sustainable and scalable marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our German-based marketing team to align performance marketing efforts across various online and offline channels.
- Drive customer acquisition through agile experimentation, conducting tests for rapid evaluation, prioritizing speed over perfectionism.
- Define and shape our brand positioning to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient execution of marketing strategies.
- Foster strategic partnerships and relationships to amplify our market presence and reach.

- Extensive experience in strategic marketing or growth roles, preferably in fast-growing start/scale-ups with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.
