- **The Challenge**_
As the Regional Vice President of Sales you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our German sales team in Berlin. As an integral part of our sales leadership team, you will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable and successful sales-team.While leading by example - actively approaching potential customers and owning your own sales funnel - you will:
Forecast, report on and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;
Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams;
Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

**YOUR PROFILE**
At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales teams;
Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment - short sales cycles;
Fluent in spoken and written German and English;
Experienced in using & optimising CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software;
High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter;
Additional nice-to-have experience includes experience in the SME sector, manufacturing space and hardware sales.

**ABOUT US**
Our mission is to eliminate all industrial waste. We do this by helping SMEs be more sustainable with our plug & play Energy/Gas/Water Management System that consists of sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyse data and detect potential energy savings, helping our customers reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.
In addition, our Predictive Maintenance solution helps customers save time on maintenance and prevent breakdown by monitoring the condition of their machines.
