**Die Rolle**:
Als Working Student CRM bist du Teil unseres dynamischen Marketing-Teams und gestaltest aktiv die Beziehung zu unseren Kund*innen mit. Deine Aufgaben:

- Erstellung und Optimierung von Newslettern, die begeistern und performen.
- Segmentierung unserer Kund*innen und zielgerichtete Ansprache auf Basis ihrer Interessen.
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von CRM-Kampagnen für verschiedene Touchpoints.
- Erstellung und Pflege von CRM-Reportings, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Customer Journey, um ein noch besseres Kund*innenerlebnis zu schaffen.
- Recherche und Implementierung neuer CRM-Trends und -Strategien, die uns weiterbringen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Bachelor
- oder Masterstudent*in - idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder Marketing.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing, eCommerce oder ähnlichem gesammelt.
- Du bringst analytisches Denken und bestenfalls Know-how in Tools wie z.B. Klaviyo, Braze oder Emarsys mit.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, bist aber auch kreativ und kannst Texte schreiben, die unsere Kund*innen inspirieren.
- Eigeninitiative, Innovationsfreude und Entscheidungsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
- Du schätzt flache Hierarchien, ein junges Team und kurze Kommunikationswege und einer klaren Mission: Empowering Womanhood.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - Niederländisch ist ein Plus
