Babbel is the world’s first and most sold online language learning platform, driven by the purpose to create mutual understanding through language. This means building an ecosystem of language learning offerings that helps people connect across cultures. Babbel, Babbel Live and Babbel for Business provide users with the most effective solution to be able to communicate with real people, in real situations. Babbel’s team consists of 750 Babbelonians representing over 65 different nationalities working in Berlin and New York.

We are looking for a Working Student (all genders) to work within the CRM Team.

**You will**:

- Support, plan, design, implement and track the CRM A/B tests and campaigns.
- Work with our creative and copy teams to deliver the most impactful campaign communication.
- Analyse data and create / update reports, using our internal CRM and data tools to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams in Marketing, Product and Business Analytics.
- Join an international team of 10 people in a +1000 employees company

**You are**:

- Enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree with a focus in marketing, business studies, business informatics or similar.
- A team player, motivated to create a positive environment at Babbel and with a learning mindset to familiarize with unknown topics.
- Able to structure yourself and with an eye for detail.
- Available at least 16 hrs/week for a minimum of six months working student position.
- Based in Berlin as the role includes recurring in-the-office responsibilities.

**You have**:

- An interest in marketing and data insights.
- Ambition to deliver concrete results across multiple KPIs.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- A data-driven approach.
- A good eye for visual and textual creatives.
- Experience with GSuite (e.g. Sheets, Slides, Docs).

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in CRM and/or digital marketing.
