Your Tasks
- You will be the core driver to further develop the Sales & Business Development, Bid Management and Sales Operations under the aspects of growth and processes with corresponding sustainability, further diversification of the existing product portfolio and advancement of standardization, but also develop the series business in the area of large scale systems
- You will lead and drive the employees as role model, performing the leadership task with enthusiasm and passing on the enthusiasm for systems, solutions and the company itself, creating confidence in the employees' own performance capabilities
- You will guide the sales process discussions internally and drive process alignment with key interfaces (i.e. product management, engineering, project management and supply chain)
- You will support existing key accounts as a member of the corresponding key account team, supporting the team with new ideas and approaches across country markets and segments
- You are actively involved on key project deals and support the project acquisition process through coordination of critical commercial elements
Your Profile
- You have an engineering degree, ideally in industrial engineering with additional commercial education/MBA and preferably special knowledge in the electrolysis business, both on the container and the large-scale plant side
- You bring a broad experience from leading sales organizations within the renewable energy sector
- You will spread your enthusiasm and decision-making skills and combine those with the ability to build trust
- You are customer and sales oriented to the highest degree
- Your are not only solution-, goal
- and result-oriented, but also your pragmatism in implementing strategies and adhering to budgets make you shine
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident and convincing appearance
- You are a strong negotiator and have the ability to close deals with a solid entrepreneurial thinking and action
