YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As Financial Accountant (all genders) within the Helpling Group you have the opportunity to become part of an impressive and expansive global project. With Oracle NetSuite, you will get to know and optimize an international cloud-based ERP solution as part of your work.
- You will be responsible for the execution of the ongoing financial accounting as well as the processing of the payment transactions of several group companies in NetSuite
- You will support us in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of these companies
- In addition, you will prepare evaluations and take care of cost center and cost unit accounting as well as account clarifications and intercompany reconciliations.
- You will also take on operational activities in accounting as well as project work

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- After completing your commercial training / studies, you have already gained 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position - preferably in an international environment
- You have a hands-on mentality and a strong analytical, structured way of working
- You are proficient in the relevant financial accounting and MS Office programs and have good skills, especially in Excel; experience in the use of NetSuite is a plus
- You have already assisted in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and have good knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and ideally IFRS
- You have good English skills; knowledge of French is a plus
- You can decide for yourself whether you would like to work full-time or part-time
