**What to expect?**

- Strategic Deal Ownership: Lead the pursuit of 50-100+ million dollar opportunities, from initial engagement, pursuit strategy, through contract closure

- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and client stakeholders to understand their business goals and align solutions

- Solution Design Collaboration: Partner with technical, solution architecture, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and ensure feasibility of solutions

- Competitive Positioning: Develop win strategies by analyzing market dynamics, competitor positioning, and client needs

- Commercial Structuring: Design pricing models and contract structures that balance client value with company profitability

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of coordination for internal teams involved in proposals, negotiations, and deal execution

- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations strategy and business conversation as needed.

- Pipeline Management: Drive a robust pipeline of strategic deals and contribute to the overall growth strategy for the company

**What do we expect?**

- Fluent German and English languages

- Demonstrated success closing deals exceeding $50M in TCV (Total Contract Value)

- Experience in complex sales process and internal/external stakeholder management

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to develop and articulate value-driven proposals

- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
