**Position Overview**

Our revenue group is excited to be experiencing a level of growth where we are seeking a new Account Executive for the DACH region. Collaborative, passionate, autonomous and supportive are some key terms we use to describe ourselves and our team. At Dealfront, we truly win and learn TOGETHER. We are looking for Account Executives who take a consultative approach, engage with prospects by helping them identify their challenges and show how our solutions can be a strategic benefit for their needs. In your role you will also be working closely with our Sales Development Representatives. 70% of your leads are generated by our marketing teams or our SDR teams

**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the whole new business sales process with customers across the DACH region
- You close deals, prepare proposals and finish the process by handing over the customer to our Customer Success Team
- You engage with inbound leads and qualify them through different channels
- You conduct discovery calls and understand business relevant challenges of the prospects
- You perform demonstrations of our solutions, focusing on the use cases of the customer

**Requirements**:

- 2yrs + experience in B2B Software sales (SaaS)
- Fully fluent in German and solid written and verbal skills in English for our international environment
- You have a background in working as an Account Executive
- Experienced in selling into larger account (company size of 100-1000 employees)
- You are a great communicator and an excellent listener
- You have a passion for sales and radiate enthusiasm
- Omni channel experience is desirable (social selling, outreach, events )
- Experience in using Salesforce, ZoomIQ, slack, Salesloft is beneficial
