Project Control Administrator

**This is how your day could look like**
- Process and control invoices, goods and services receipt;
- Support the purchase order process;
- Control the budget implementation: actual budget consumption versus planned budgets, actual committed budget versus planned budgets;
- Coordinate the set-up of work packages for service contracts;
- Support Project Control reporting, including production of pivot tables in Excel;
- Provide general administrative assistance for project control activities, e.g. maintenance of follow-up lists in excel.
**Your wealth of experience**
- Secondary education with experience in finance, accounting, or controlling;
- Practical experience with finance/accounting or controlling database/software;
- Proficiency in MS-Office, in particular Excel;
- Organised, detailed and methodical approach to work with the ability to handle high volumes of data with high accuracy;
- Very good numerical skills;
- Very good working knowledge of English;
- High level of proactivity and autonomy in performing tasks.
